Your Flash Investigation can take as few as three days:
It starts with a 45-minute interview of the top executive leader, over Zoom or in person.
Our investigator then conducts surveys and 45-minute follow-up Zoom interviews with up to 12 members of your team (of your choosing).
Meanwhile, we perform a review of your organization’s marketing materials, select internal documents, and sample internal policies.
Finally, our firm processes our findings and reports back to the CEO in a 45-minute debrief session.
