Our Flash Investigations:

The Quickest Way to Find Answers

Engage an Organizational Detective to conduct a Flash Investigation and find the killers of effectiveness and efficiency at your company. A Flash Investigation is a light-touch and focused approach to gain powerful insights and develop a plan of action for your leadership team and your organization.

Your Flash Investigation can take as few as three days:

  • It starts with a 45-minute interview of the top executive leader, over Zoom or in person.

  • Our investigator then conducts surveys and 45-minute follow-up Zoom interviews with up to 12 members of your team (of your choosing).

  • Meanwhile, we perform a review of your organization’s marketing materials, select internal documents, and sample internal policies.

  • Finally, our firm processes our findings and reports back to the CEO in a 45-minute debrief session.

Some of the specifics we might uncover in a Flash Investigation of your organization:

- Issues around clarity of strategy and goals.
- Conflicts that get in the way of collaboration.
- Misalignment around priorities.
- Confusion about the marketplace.
- Disagreement over what success looks like.

Finally, we will recommend ways that you can address issues on your own or with our help.

“The workshops you did with my team helped give the managers a new perspective. After five years of a few of them butting heads, they are working more collaboratively with their peers. I believe the workshops built empathy and helped them come to a realization that others have something to contribute, that everyone brings something different to the table.”
