Eric Larson, MBA, has worked with small businesses on multiple levels to cut costs, advance teamwork, and speed up innovation. He serves as a sounding board to the owner(s) and manages the team of fractional experts who step in to get a client business what it needs, fast.
Eric founded his first small business in 2005 and sold it five years later. In the process, he learned just how few resources are available to new entrepreneurs. He launched Clockwork for Business in February 2026 to fill that gap.
