Introducing:

ClockworkTM is a fractional C-Suite for your new small business that helps you move faster and allows you, the business owner, to focus on the tasks that no one can do as well as you.
We are human strategists and doers who use AI-powered tools to eliminate busywork.

Your C Team

We’ll act as your fractional C-suite — for a fraction of the price of a single full-time employee.

Eric Larson, MBA

Eric Larson, MBA, has worked with small businesses on multiple levels to cut costs, advance teamwork, and speed up innovation. As CEO of The ORG Detectives, he likes to play Dr. Watson to an owner’s Sherlock Holmes. For ClockworkTM, Larson also manages the team of fractional experts who step in to help execute the ownership’s business strategy.

Larson founded his first small business in 2005 and was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009 by his local chamber of commerce. He sold that business before going on to earn his MBA in 2015. “I learned the hard way just how few resources are available to new entrepreneurs. I founded Clockwork for BusinessTM in hopes of closing that gap.”

Owner Advisor & Chief of Fractional Experts

Suzanne Downing

Suzanne Downing lives in rural Montana where she blends a career in magazine editing and marketing management. “But I also hike, fish, trail run, camp, kayak and so
much more. I’ve learned a lot of life hacks while traveling and enjoying the great outdoors. I’ve photographed howler monkeys in Belize, sipped coffee in a hut deep in the heart of Ethiopia and danced with indigenous people in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. But Montana is home and every-day life is an adventure.”
