STEP 1
For the discounted price of $9,750 the ORG Detectives will conduct a complete Company Assessment. This represents a 40 percent discount on the normal price of our assessment work. We’ll spend 30 days looking at your financials, your offerings, and interview you, your staff and stakeholders (subscribers, too) to identify potential improvements to your bottom line. For the additional cost of travel expenses only (no extra fees) one or two of us will make a 3-day onsite visit to one of your locations.
STEP 2
You would be welcome, on your own, to exploit any opportunities we uncover. But we’ll also include a plan for our team to help you bring about the changes. Often a company finds that bringing in a third party can catalyze managers and staff to act sooner and do change work faster.
STEP 3
If together or separately you succeed at improving your bottom line, your good-faith pledge would be to reinvest a portion of those savings into exploring new revenue experiments with us. My team will lead (at no charge) a design-thinking workshop with you, your team, and area business owners to spotlight business needs and new products/services your company might research develop, test, and offer. Whether or not you pursue any of the brainstormed opportunities on your own or in partnership with The ORG Detectives is entirely up to you.
